Plot Summary:Cattleman on a trail drive are being victimized by a gang of outlaws who take over, by illegal methods, the only water hole that supplies the town and the trail drivers. The crooks, headed by Bill Macauley (Richard Alexander) and Earl Duncan (Lane Chandler)install "Bullseye" Johnson (Fuzzy Knight)as a stooge mayor but he, with the help of Carla Anderson (Jennifer Holt, the sister of cattleman Larry Anderson (Eddie Dew), and brings in Marshal Matt Conway (Rod Cameron) to restore law and order.
