Plot Summary:Veterinarian Dr. Carly Monroe (Jen Lilley) makes it a habit to stop by the local dog shelter as often as possible because she loves dogs and secretly loves the shelter's owner, Dan Landis (Jason Cermak). Unfortunately, he has agreed to marry his glamorous television personality girlfriend, Kristi (Emily Maddison), and move to the Big Apple. With Dan's big move looming, his sister Michelle (Lucie Guest) decides to take matters into her own hands.

妹子很有些像《失控玩家》里的朱迪科默，但不那么大妈，眼睛也更大。至于男主角，演技很花瓶，相貌还不如花瓶，全片的男性除了他，似乎就只剩妹子老爸了。搞得有点像平凡大叔在网文里穿越去体验后宫式的恋爱。更不幸的是，他最终留在小镇、娶高中相好，很大部分的决定因素是经济上的：纽约那边没人雇他。看来这编导对爱情的看法相当务实。狗只也不突出，说明“狗”“男”“女”3个要素都没花心思。为什么仍算合格呢，因为毕竟是个轻松的片子。[TVB]
