元旦后重拾《牛虻》并（对比）展读原版《The Gadfly》，做了译者、作者的背调，发现了艾·丽·伏尼契是乔治·布尔的女儿（吃惊）。进一步扩大检索范围，发现此片，放在B站“稍后再看”列表吃灰。近期着手推进清熵，在今夜维跳阅读前后刷完此片。无论内容还是形制，这部纪录片均呈现出非常启发、蕴藉、深厚的灵光。布尔的自我实现有时代因素的参与、影响、（甚至）塑造，但毫无疑问的，要承认，要清楚地看到，布尔与自体性格、天赋的对话，布尔的平和与挣扎，赋予了他平淡又辉煌的一生。我想借用《半个喜剧》bgm《unsaid》的一句话，问一问自己与诸位：「have you found peace inside」。
